All Shared Web Hosting (Linux, Windows and VPS) plans include a 20 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (minus setup fees, domain registration and overage charges) if you cancel your account within 20 days of the activation of your account.

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to Domain Parking services, Domain Registration, Dedicated Servers, as well as Reseller Plans. No refunds are available after 20 days. In order to cancel service, you must contact MSWEB Network Billing Department, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. GMT +8, at +632 5240282. Our Billing Department will assist you with the cancellation process. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 20 days of service. International customers may contact MSWEB Network's Billing Department via email at billing@marvinsweb.net

The 20 day money back guarantee does not apply to domain registration, domain forwarding, email forwarding, or any fees associated with these accounts. Registration is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it can not be "returned" until the duration of the domain term has expired. The 20 day money back guarantee does not apply to account renewals.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by MSWEB Network for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 20-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, phishing and other illegal activities you will not be given any refund.
